:: Provost’s Leadership Award for Partnership in Philanthropy ::

The purpose of the Provost’s Leadership Award for Partnership in Philanthropy is to recognize a current or former faculty member’s superior achievement in fundraising.  The awardee should demonstrate an ability to garner external support, leverage such support to advance the mission of Cal Poly and work collaboratively with the University’s traditional fundraising staff.

Nominations are being accepted for the Provost’s Leadership Award for Partnership in Philanthropy, which recognizes a current or former faculty member’s superior achievement in fundraising. The award recipient will be recognized at the 2008 Fall Conference. Faculty, staff and current students are eligible to submit nominations.

The nomination must include:

1. A completed nomination form (PDF / Word)

2. A letter nominating the individual.  The letter should describe the nominee's efforts to leverage support; advance the mission of Cal Poly and work effectively with donors, alumni and the fund raising staff at Cal Poly.  The letter may also include any special activities that relate to fundraising.

Deadline for Submissions is 5:00 p.m. on June 19, 2009

Nominations should be submitted to Eileen Amaral, University Advancement, 206 Heron Hall. Electronic submissions to eamaral@calpoly.edu are acceptable.
